I am a Senior Web Designer & Developer with over 8 years of experience in both private and government sectors designing, developing, and managing the design and development of Web sites, Web applications/computer-based training sites and CDs and a variety of creative print and electronic materials and graphics.

I am well prepared to manage not only individual or multiple projects, but small teams of programmers and designers while working with project managers and management. As I am self motivated and organized, I tend to seek out problems and tasks when my work load lightens. I am quite comfortable speaking to groups of customers, programmers and/or managers and explaining the complexities of interactive systems and interfaces and justifying the need for improvements and translating requirements between technical and non-technical individuals or teams.

With a BFA in Graphic Design with a Minor in Photography from Ringling School of Art and Design, I have significant experience conceptualizing and implementing graphic interfaces and knowledge of a variety of Web and software development processes. I have also developed and implemented usability studies on various Web sites and Web applications utilizing various data collection methods and observations, ultimately providing both the methods and means of improving the user experience.
