Project Name: SAMHSA, Drug Abuse Warning Network, DAWN Reporter CBT v.2 (Web/CD ROM)

The DAWN Reporter CBT is the second version of a computer-based tutorial for emergency department (ED) reporters and medical examiner (ME) reporters which trains them to report legitimate cases of drug abuse using a web-based application. Reporters gather information on millions of drug abuse-related cases each year which is compiled into large data tables to form the DAWN database. The unique feature of this application is that it not only uses Open Source and platform independent technology (PHP and MySQL), but the same end product also has dual-delivery capabilities both on the Web and on CD ROM.
